Welcome to District Doctor. By registering your chamber with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Role of District Doctor

District Doctor is a management platform only. We do not provide any medical service, consultation, or treatment. Our system simply helps chamber owners manage doctors, appointments, and patient records digitally.

2. Responsibility of Chamber Owners

• All doctors associated with your chamber are selected and verified by you, not by District Doctor.
• Patients treated under your chamber are your sole responsibility.
• If any medical error, misdiagnosis, misconduct, or negligence occurs, it will be the full responsibility of the chamber and/or concerned doctor.

3. No Liability of District Doctor

District Doctor is not responsible or liable for:

• Quality or accuracy of medical treatment given by doctors.
• Any disputes between chamber owners, doctors, or patients.
• Financial transactions outside the system.

4. Data Privacy

District Doctor ensures basic data security. However, chamber owners must handle patient data responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.

5. Acceptance

By registering, you acknowledge and accept that:
"District Doctor only provides a management system. All responsibilities regarding doctors, patients, and treatment remain with the chamber and its authorized persons."
